Residential Cleaning  
Living Room

• Windows - All Windows (within reasonable reach) are cleaned, wiped down, and window seals are dusted or vacuumed. Window Blinds are dusted and cleaned.
• Floors, Sofa, Love Seat, Televisions, TV Stands, Pictures. Lighting Fixtures Dusted & Cleaned. Walls are inspected, dusted, cleaned along with baseboards. Doors, door knobs, and switch plates are checked, dusted & cleaned. 
• Closets (If Any) are also inspected, walls and floors are dusted and cleaned. Entry Mat swept, cleaned and replaced.
• Tile Floors are swept, dusted, cleaned and steam mopped. Grout cleaning service is available for an additional fee. Wood Floors are swiffered, wet mopped and steam mopped.
• Art, Pictures, Exotic Hangings are also inspected, dusted, and cleaned. Careful attention is given not to damage the customer's work of art.

Bedrooms

• All Windows (within reasonable reach) are cleaned, wiped down, and window seals are dusted or vacuumed. Window Blinds are dusted and cleaned.
• Dressers are dusted, wiped down and cleaned in addition to night stands. Lamps and Lamp shades are dusted, wiped down and cleaned. If equipped with a mirror, then additional spraying and cleaning is automatic.
• Closets are also inspected, walls and floors are dusted and cleaned. Customer Items are removed if necessary and replaced after cleaning.
• Bed Set - Headboard, footboard are inspected, dusted, and cleaned. If requested, sheets and pillow cases can be washed and replaced. Under the bed is swept and mopped, vacuumed, and thoroughly cleaned.

Bathrooms

• Cabinets and mirrors are cleaned. Even the outside of cabinets are wiped down. The top of the cabinets are dusted and cleaned. Light bulbs and adjoined fixtures are dusted and cleaned.
• Kitchen sink is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. The countertop is wiped down and cleaned. All items atop the sink and counter are removed and thoroughly wiped down. The faucets are wiped to create a shine.
• The entire toilet is thoroughly wiped down and cleaned. From top to bottom, the toilet is sanitized. The interior is scrubbed, cleaned and refreshed. 
• Bathroom mats are swept or vacuumed and removed to not hinder proper sanitation procedures.
• Bathtub, if needed is thoroughly cleaned. Walls can be scrubbed and wiped down if in a bad condition. 
• Windows are cleaned, wiped down, and window seals are dusted or vacuumed. 
• Floors are swept, dusted, cleaned and steam mopped. Grout cleaning service is available for tile floors but there is an additional fee.
