Remove any and all trash, dirt, and debris from the interior of the unit and dispose of as directed.
Clean and polish kitchen cabinets, kitchen counter tops, and vanity tops.
Vacuum the inside of all cabinets (removing drawers) to remove dirt and debris.
Polish all cabinets, vanities, and other stained woodwork and stainless steel sinks.
Clean and shine the inside and outside surfaces of all windows and sliding glass doors.
Clean and shine all plumbing fixtures and related trim to a sanitary condition.
Clean and shine all medicine cabinets, mirrors, and bath accessories.
Clean and shine all electrical fixtures and trim. Sanitize all electrical outlet covers.
Clean and shine all appliances. Remove all packing materials, temporary labels, and operating and maintenance manuals.
Clean all wood base, casing, and sills. Clean all wood shelving.
Clean the outside & inside of all exterior doors (including thresholds). Clean and shine all interior doors.
Clean and shine all finish hardware.
Sweep and damp mop all tile & linoleum floors.
Sweep all exterior storage areas, garages, patios, and stoops.
Vacuum as required (including edging). Vacuum out heating/cooling ducts by snaking hose as far as possible.
Vacuum inside of sconce-type lights.

Offices, Lounges, Lobbies, Hall Ways, Etc.                                                                            Restrooms:                                                                                           

• Vacuum all rugs.                                                                                                                *Dust & mop all walls, window seals and floors
• Dust/clean/wipe counter surfaces.                                                                                *Rid of all trash and maintain the containers.
• Empty & damp wipe ashtrays.                                                                                        *Wipe down and clean all sinks and basins
• Dust all lamps & lampshades.                                                                                         *Clean all mirrors and make them shine
• Vacuum all rugs.                                                                                                                  *Dust, wipe down and sanitize the toilet
• Dust wall furnishings.                                                                                                         *Ensure hand towel dispensers are adequate.
• Clean any mirrors and frames.                                                                                        *Ensure soap dispensers are adequate.                              
• Sanitize all telephones.                                                                                                       *Ensure all dispensers are properly cleaned.
• Empty any inside/outside trash containers                                                                   *Ensure tissue paper dispensers are adequate.
• Clean fingerprints on glass (partitions)                                                                            *Remove any splash marks from walls.
• Clean and dry polish drinking fountains.
• Dust/clean/wipe counter walls.                                                                                         Kitchen, Lounge, or Break room:
• Dust/clean front side of desks as needed.                                                                      *Sweep, mop, and burnish or wax (if needed) all floors.
• Sanitize customer area coffee pot.                                                                                    *Wipe down counter surfaces.
• Clean inside/outside of entrance doors.                                                                           *Clean & vacuum chairs as needed.
• Sweep inside/outside of entrance access.                                                                       *Clean inside/outside of microwave.
• Clean and vacuum chairs as needed.                                                                                *Dispose of all trash and inspect bins for odors or spills.
• Arrange reading materials.                                                                                                   *Sanitize all other kitchen appliances.
• Dust/clean/wipe table surfaces & legs.                                                                              *Sanitize sinks, knobs & other bright work.

                                                                                                                                                        *Ensure paper towel dispensers are filled.
